HOW TO MEASURE — Lay the garment flat. Half Chest: measure straight across 2cm below the armhole. Body Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder (HPS) to the hem. Sleeve: measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve hem.

Self Threads is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once a parcel has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Sale items are final — no returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return, email hello@wearselfthreads.com.au with your order number and reason.
Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us — return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.
Approved returns receive a store credit or exchange. Cash refunds are only issued for faulty or incorrectly sent items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wearselfthreads.com.au. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Orders are processed via Stripe's secure payment platform. An order confirmation will be sent to your email once payment is received. Self Threads reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
